All prints are carefully packed and delivered to you in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Standard Royal Mail delivery is 3 – 4 working days.

International deliveries are posted via Royal Mail International Standard service (formerly Airmail) and are tracked. Delivery to Europe is usually within 3 – 5 working days and delivery to the rest of the world is usually within 5 – 7 working days.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

We hope you love your Ken Lowe prints, but if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days along with your original invoice. We ask that the print(s) be sent back in the same condition in which we sent them out to you and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the same account and in the same manner as was used to make the original purchase.

We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs for returns.

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of returned items to process refunds. We will email you confirmation of a refund or send a replacement.

If the item you have received is not what you originally ordered or is damaged in any way please email us within 5 working days with you name, address, order number and photos of the damaged item and let us know if you would like a full refund or a replacement, which will be sent out standard delivery and free of charge.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES

If we haven’t yet posted your item(s) just email us quoting your name, address and order number to change or cancel your order and request a full refund.
